Industrial Safety & Emergency

The problem

In high-risk industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals and energy, the first response to an emergency has to follow protocol. In practice, triage, incidents and inspections often sit on paper or in scattered files, without evidence, and at audit time the records are gathered by hand.

The approach

We build applications, available for demonstration, centred on pre-hospital response to emergencies and designed around the procedures of each facility.

  • Victim triage by protocol — level of consciousness on the Glasgow scale and vital signs, following pre-hospital emergency protocols.
  • Evidence on every incident — photo, time, location and signature attached to each record.
  • Designed for the people on site — the record follows the real routine of operators and emergency teams.

Core capabilities

  • Incidents and emergency response — people involved, triage, evidence and follow-up, recorded on the spot.
  • Safety equipment — inventory with location, status, person responsible and history for every item.
  • Inspections with alerts — per-equipment frequencies, checklists and a warning before each deadline.
  • Rounds in a plant environment — definition of the patrol routes to be carried out in the facility, with checkpoints and photo proof.
  • Safety consumables and materials — stock levels, movements and minimum-level alerts.
  • Audit-ready reports — export filtered by period, site and equipment.

Applies to industrial facilities with high requirements for control and safety. These capabilities are examples: each application is designed around the procedures and obligations of the facility.

An example

One of the applications we have built, designed for high-risk industries, supports the team in responding to an emergency: it records the victim’s triage, with level of consciousness and vital signs, and keeps the evidence of the incident. It also covers the control of safety equipment and patrol rounds. It is not yet in production; it can be demonstrated on request.

For the technical team
  • Inventory structured by location, category, person responsible and equipment lifecycle
  • Inspection frequencies configurable per equipment and per checklist item
  • Mobile application with on-device photo, location and signature capture, working offline where needed
  • Stock levels derived from recorded movements (reception, installation, transfer, write-off), never edited by hand
  • Approval flows, a record of who changed what, and full data export
