Data and purposes
Contact form. We process the data you send us through the form: name, company (optional), email or phone, message and, optionally, up to two attachments. We use it only to reply to your enquiry. If you write on your own behalf, the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); if you write on behalf of an organisation, it is our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The fields marked with * are needed for us to reply. Avoid including sensitive personal data or third-party personal data in attachments.
Technical data. On every visit, Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes technical request data — IP address, browser, page visited, date and time — to serve and protect the site. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical browser signals to prevent automated submissions. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in site security and spam prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We make no automated decisions and carry out no profiling.
Who we share it with
Data passes through the providers that run this site, which act as our processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting and anti-spam verification (Turnstile);
- Resend (USA) — sending the contact-form message by email;
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft 365) — the mailbox where the message is received.
Cloudflare also uses Turnstile’s technical signals, as a controller, to improve bot detection.
Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses; you may request a copy of these safeguards at info@fluxidy.com. We do not disclose data to anyone else, except where legally required.
Retention
Messages and attachments: up to 12 months after the last contact; if a contract results, for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable statutory retention periods. The copy kept by the email delivery service (Resend) is deleted after 30 days. Hosting and anti-spam technical data: kept by Cloudflare for as long as needed for security.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data by writing to info@fluxidy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies and no visitor analytics tools. Only on the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile reads technical browser signals to prevent automated submissions; this access is strictly necessary for sending the form you requested and does not depend on consent (Article 5 of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004). Alternatively, you can write to info@fluxidy.com.
